Pasco County wedding venues, and the one just north of the county line.
If you live in Pasco, Saxon Manor is 30 to 45 minutes away depending on where you start: Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Dade City, New Port Richey, Hudson. Close enough to be local. Far enough that it feels like you went somewhere.

Is it worth the drive?
The case for Brooksville.
Pasco County stretches from the Gulf to the Withlacoochee, and its wedding venues are spread the same way: ranches and barns around Dade City and San Antonio, lakefront venues in Land O’ Lakes and Odessa, banquet rooms in Wesley Chapel and New Port Richey. Saxon Manor sits just over the Hernando line in Brooksville, which puts it within 30 to 45 minutes of every one of those towns. Couples from Wesley Chapel, Dade City, New Port Richey, Zephyrhills, and Lutz and Land O’ Lakes each have their own page here.
What most Pasco venues share is a rental model: you book the space, then you build the day from a preferred vendor list. Saxon Manor is the other model. Three climate-controlled venues on one estate, an in-house team, and one all-inclusive price that already has the coordinator, the chefs, the bar, the photographer, the DJ, the cake, and the officiant in it.
Your other options
The Pasco venues couples tour, by part of the county.
East Pasco: the Barn at Covington Farm (lakefront barn, up to 299, site fee from about $8,000 to $11,000) and Barrington Hill Farm ($8,000 for five hours) near Dade City, both rental model. Central Pasco: Cypress Creek Event Venue on SR 52 in Land O’ Lakes, which offers everything from a basic rental to all-inclusive packages, and Knotted Roots on the Lake and the Barn at Crescent Lake just over the line in Odessa, both lakefront, Crescent Lake all-inclusive. West Pasco: Spartan Manor in New Port Richey, a banquet venue with outdoor ceremony space that WeddingWire lists at $6,000 to $9,000 for 100 guests with no venue fee, and the historic Hacienda hotel downtown.
The honest comparison is the inclusion list, not the headline. Ask each venue what is in the number: catering, bar, photographer, DJ, cake, officiant, coordination. At Saxon Manor the answer is all seven, with the ceremony site and reception room, on one contract. Our ranges are published: $15,000 to $21,000 for up to 150 in the Barn or Garden Room, $9,500 to $12,500 for up to 55 in the BoHo.
The Barn and the Garden Room run $15,000 to $21,000 all-inclusive for up to 150 guests. The BoHo runs $9,500 to $12,500 for up to 55. Those numbers cover the ceremony site, the reception room, a coordinator, in-house chefs, bar and event staff, photographer, DJ, cake, and officiant. The full list is itemized here, and the pricing page explains where you land in the range. To see how that compares with other Florida venues, the all-inclusive comparison guide puts five side by side.
All three venues are climate controlled, and the rain plan moves your day indoors on the same estate at the same price. In Florida that is not a footnote.
Getting here
From Pasco County to 103 S Saxon Ave.
Land O’ Lakes is about 26 miles up US-41 (31 to 34 minutes). Wesley Chapel is 26 to 33 miles via I-75 to exit 301 (37 to 38 minutes). Dade City is 23 miles via US-98 and SR 50 (about 30 minutes). Zephyrhills is 33 miles via US-301 and US-98 (40 to 42 minutes). New Port Richey is 34 miles via the Suncoast Parkway (about 45 minutes). Hudson is about 20 miles via US-19 and SR 50. We are in downtown Brooksville, 45 minutes from Tampa and 90 from Orlando.
Parking is on site. Ceremony and reception are on the same grounds, so nobody drives between them. The guest planning page covers accessibility, dietary needs, and timing for people driving home in the dark.
For family staying over, the hotel cluster at I-75 exit 301 on Cortez Boulevard (a Hampton Inn, a Holiday Inn Express, a Quality Inn, and a Microtel, ten to eleven miles east of the estate) is the one to block for guests arriving on I-75. Your coordinator sends current rates for your date. Guests coming up US-19 or the Suncoast Parkway block the Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn at the Suncoast and Cortez interchange instead, about eight miles west.
Before you ask
The questions couples from here ask first.
Is Saxon Manor in Pasco County?
No. It is in Brooksville, Hernando County, a few minutes north of the Pasco line. From most of Pasco it is a 30 to 45 minute drive: US-41 from Land O’ Lakes, I-75 to exit 301 from Wesley Chapel, US-98 from Dade City, the Suncoast Parkway from New Port Richey.
How much does a wedding at Saxon Manor cost?
The Barn and the Garden Room run $15,000 to $21,000 all-inclusive for up to 150 guests. The BoHo runs $9,500 to $12,500 for up to 55. Where you land depends on guest count and date, and you get your exact number on the tour.
What happens if it rains?
Your day moves indoors on the same estate at the same price. All three venues are climate controlled and your coordinator makes the call while you are getting ready.
Where to go to get married in Florida?
Florida gives you four kinds of place: the Gulf and Atlantic beaches, the Keys, the Orlando resorts, and the inland estates and ranches north of Tampa. The beaches and resorts price by the plate and depend on the weather; the inland venues are where all-inclusive packages and climate-controlled rooms live. Saxon Manor is one of those, in Brooksville, 45 minutes from Tampa, with three venues on one estate and published prices from $9,500 to $21,000.
Are barn weddings more expensive?
Not by themselves; the pricing model is what moves the total. A barn rental around Dade City lists a site fee of about $8,000 to $11,000, and catering, bar, photographer, DJ, cake, officiant, and coordination are separate contracts on top. An all-inclusive barn package in Tampa Bay runs about $15,000 to $30,000 for 100 to 150 guests with most of those inside it. The Barn at Saxon Manor is $15,000 to $21,000 for up to 150 with all of them included.
What is the cheapest month to get married?
Generally the months venues are asked for least: in Florida that tends to be the hot, wet stretch from July through September, plus January outside the holidays. At Saxon Manor the range works the same way: a smaller guest list on a less-requested date sits at the low end, and you get the exact number for your date on the tour.
