One Saturday, start to finish
01 Morning
Start your day getting ready in one of our Bridal Suites: a dressing room, a hair and makeup living room, and a dining area. Your coordinator is already running the timeline.
02 The ceremony
Each venue has its own ceremony site, set and styled. The officiant is ours, and the ceremony is written with you.
03 Dinner
Our in-house chefs serve the menu you built at your tasting, buffet-style. The bartenders and servers are our staff — not another contract.
04 The first dance
The DJ has been providing the ambiance from the aisle walk through the last dance. The photographer has been there from first looks to final shots.
05 The send-off
Nothing arrives the week after. The number you were quoted is the number you paid.
One number, no ambush

What isn’t in it: your dress, your rings, your honeymoon, and any upgrades you choose to add — premium bar, late-night additions. Those are optional, priced separately, and shown to you before you sign anything. Florals are booked separately with our on-site sister company, Enchanted Design & Floral.

Luxury chic
Our largest space. Draped interiors, vintage detail and a private wooded setting — climate controlled, and built for a full guest list without ever feeling like a hall.
Best for: Full guest lists, evening receptions, dancing until the end

Illuminated
Bright and light-filled, with garden views, an outdoor ceremony site in the butterfly garden, and enough light to photograph all afternoon.
Best for: Daytime ceremonies, garden views, photography
Micro-wedding
A covered, climate-controlled corner of the estate for a smaller guest list with a bigger personality. Not a scaled-down wedding — a different one, chosen on purpose.
Best for: Under 55 guests, intimate ceremonies, second marriages
Ranges reflect guest count and date. The top of each range is a full package — 150 guests in the Barn or Garden Room, 55 in the BoHo — on the all-inclusive package. The Barn can accommodate up to 200 guests maximum, and a $50 per person charge will be applied at any party size over 150. The BoHo also hosts rehearsal dinners, showers and brunches from $2,000–$3,000.

How booking actually goes

Pick your venue and package. One contract, one deposit, payment plan available. Nothing else to hire.
Ceremony, reception, design & coordination, in-house chefs, photographer, DJ, wedding cake and officiant. Your coordinator handles every decision that isn’t fun.

The number you are quoted is the number you pay unless you choose to add something.
Your dress, rings and honeymoon, plus any upgrade you choose — premium bar, late-night additions. Upgrades are optional, priced individually, and shown to you before you sign. Florals are not included either: our on-site sister company, Enchanted Design & Floral, books and prices them separately.
The Barn and the Garden Room run $15,000–$21,000 all-inclusive. The BoHo runs $9,500–$12,500. The top of each range is a full package — 150 guests in the Barn or Garden Room, 55 in the BoHo. The Barn can accommodate up to 200 guests maximum, and a $50 per person charge will be applied at any party size over 150. Where you land inside the range depends on guest count and date, and you get that number on your tour.

The package is built around our in-house team — that is what keeps one number one number. Bring us what you want the day to feel like and we will build it. If you have a vendor who matters to you, raise it on the tour and we will tell you straight away whether it works.
Roughly 45 minutes from Tampa and 90 minutes from Orlando, at 103 S Saxon Ave. in Brooksville. Far enough to feel private, close enough that your guest list will still show up.
The BoHo hosts rehearsal dinners, showers and brunches from $2,000–$3,000. Weddings are the main thing we do, and the estate is set up around them.
