Three rooms, on the estate

The Bridal Suites: three rooms to get ready in, not a corner of the venue.

A dressing room, a living room set up for hair and makeup, and a dining area. Furnished, on the estate, walking distance to all three ceremony sites, and included with every venue. Here is what is in them and why the layout matters more than the decor.

The Bridal Suites: three rooms to get ready in, not a corner of the venue.

Room by room

What each of the three rooms is for.

The dressing room. Where the dress waits and gets put on. Separate from the traffic of hair and makeup, so the last ten minutes before you walk happen behind a door with the people you chose.

The hair and makeup living room. The working room of the morning. Cream walls, a chandelier overhead, and plenty of daylight, which is what your photographer and your makeup artist both want. Room enough for stylists to work and a photographer to move without backing into a garment bag.

The dining area. Where breakfast and lunch happen, where gifts and bags land, and where whoever is not in a chair sits down out of the way. Three rooms means the morning runs side by side instead of in a queue.

Why it matters

Separation, not decoration.

Ask most venues about their bridal suite and you get a repurposed office with a mirror. The feature that changes a wedding morning is separation: the suites stand apart from the ceremony and reception spaces, so hair, makeup, quiet moments, and last-minute panic all happen somewhere arriving guests cannot see. And because they are on the estate, nobody gets into a car in a finished dress with finished hair. When your coordinator says it is time, you are already here.

The suites are part of every package, in the Barn, the Garden Room, and the BoHo alike. A 150-guest wedding and a 55-guest wedding use the same three rooms, so a smaller wedding party simply gets more breathing room. The getting-ready photos from this estate look like the start of a wedding day rather than a borrowed hotel room, and that is the reason.

How it fits

Where the rest of the package meets you.

The photographer included in your package starts the day in the suites. Enchanted Design and Floral, our on-site sister company, finishes bouquets and personal flowers there before the first look for couples who book florals with them, so nothing wilts in a car. Your coordinator is running the timeline from the moment you arrive. None of this is an upgrade; it is the same all-inclusive price quoted for your date, with florals booked separately.

What we will not tell you from a web page is how the rooms feel with ten people and a photographer in them. The tour walks all three venues and the suites in about an hour, and you leave with real pricing for your date. Book it here. For the full inclusion list, see What’s Included.

Before you ask

The questions couples from here ask first.

What is in the Bridal Suites at Saxon Manor?

Three furnished rooms on the estate: a dressing room, a hair and makeup living room with cream walls, a chandelier, and daylight, and a dining area. They are set apart from the ceremony and reception spaces and are included with every venue.

Are the Bridal Suites included in the price?

Yes. Every package in the Barn, the Garden Room, and the BoHo includes use of the suites for the hours before the ceremony. There is nothing to add on.

How far are the suites from the ceremony site?

Walking distance to all three venues. No car, no shuttle; your coordinator tells you when to walk.

What do you do in a bridal suite?

Get ready. Hair and makeup, the dress, photographs of the morning, breakfast and lunch, and the quiet ten minutes before you walk. A good one has daylight, mirrors, power, a door that closes, and a bathroom. Saxon Manor’s has three rooms for those jobs: a dressing room, a hair and makeup living room, and a dining area.
