Is it worth the drive?
East Pasco couples from Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel, and Dade City share the same choice: a rustic rental nearby where you manage the vendors, or a drive to a venue where the vendors are already on staff. Saxon Manor is the second kind, 40 minutes from Zephyrhills, with the coordinator, in-house chefs, bar staff, photographer, DJ, cake, and officiant all inside the number.
The estate has three climate-controlled venues, so a July wedding is a plan rather than a gamble. Ceremony and reception share the grounds, parking is on site, and the price you see on the website is the price you sign.
Your other options
The barns Zephyrhills couples tour are mostly in Dade City, a short drive up US-301: the Barn at Covington Farm (lakefront, up to 299, site fee from about $8,000 to $11,000) and Barrington Hill Farm ($8,000 for five hours). Closer in, Birds Island Lake Ranch lists on The Knot from $1,800 for large groups, and the Dade City Woman’s Club is the small historic-hall option. All of them are rental model: the space, then your vendors. Stonebridge at the Lange Farm, if it is on your list, shows as permanently closed on Google Maps.
A site fee is a third of a wedding. Add catering, bar, photographer, DJ, cake, officiant, and someone to run the day, and a $9,000 barn is a $20,000-plus weekend you managed yourself. Getting here
From Zephyrhills: US-301 north to Dade City, US-98 north through Trilby to Ridge Manor, then SR 50 west into Brooksville. About 33 miles; calculators put it at 40 to 42 minutes. We are in downtown Brooksville, 45 minutes from Tampa and 90 from Orlando.

For family staying over, the hotel cluster at I-75 exit 301 on Cortez Boulevard (a Hampton Inn, a Holiday Inn Express, a Quality Inn, and a Microtel, ten to eleven miles east of the estate) is the one to block for guests arriving on I-75. Your coordinator sends current rates for your date.
