The BoHo, under 55 guests

A wedding under $10,000, with everything in the number.

The BoHo starts at $9,500 all-inclusive. Under $10,000 means a smaller guest list on a less-requested date, and it still comes with the coordinator, the chefs, the bar, the photographer, the DJ, the cake, and the officiant.

The honest version

What $9,500 to $10,000 buys here.

Most pages about weddings under $10,000 are lists of things to cut. This one is a venue price. The BoHo runs $9,500 to $12,500 all-inclusive for up to 55 guests. $12,500 is a full house at 55 on a Saturday. Under $10,000 is the lower end of that range: a shorter guest list, a Friday, Sunday, or weekday, or a less-requested month. You get your exact number on the tour, for your date and your count.

Inside that number: the BoHo’s own ceremony site, the climate-controlled reception room with tables and linens, a coordinator from booking to last dance, in-house chefs and your menu, bar and event staff, a photographer, a DJ, a tiered cake, and an officiant. Itemized here. One contract, one deposit, payment plans available.

What is not in it

The other half, stated plainly.

Your dress, your rings, your honeymoon, and your marriage license. Florals, which our on-site sister company Enchanted Design and Floral designs and prices separately. Optional upgrades like a premium bar or late-night additions, each priced individually and shown to you before you sign. Nothing arrives later with a number you had not seen.

Guests over 55 are the one thing the BoHo cannot do. If your list is bigger, the Garden Room and the Barn start at $15,000 for up to 150. The pricing page has all three ranges side by side.

Why the BoHo

Fifty-five people who matter, in a room built for that.

The BoHo is not a scaled-down version of the big rooms. It is a covered, climate-controlled corner of the estate with its own ceremony site, its own dining room, and the same team that runs the Barn on Saturdays. Here is what a micro wedding looks like here, and here is one couple’s.

All three venues are climate controlled, and the rain plan moves your day indoors on the same estate at the same price. In Florida that is not a footnote.

Before you ask

The questions couples from here ask first.

Can you really have an all-inclusive wedding under $10,000 in Florida?

At Saxon Manor, yes. The BoHo runs $9,500 to $12,500 all-inclusive for up to 55 guests. The lower end of that range is a smaller list on a less-requested date. Venue, coordinator, catering, bar, photographer, DJ, cake, and officiant are all inside the number.

What date gets me closest to $9,500?

A Friday, Sunday, or weekday, or a less-requested month, with a shorter guest list. Your coordinator gives you the exact number for your date and count on the tour, not in a follow-up call.

What costs extra?

Florals, booked separately through our on-site sister company, and optional upgrades such as a premium bar or late-night additions. Each is priced individually and shown before you sign. Dress, rings, honeymoon, and marriage license are yours.

Is $10,000 a reasonable wedding budget?

Reasonable for a small wedding at an all-inclusive venue, tight for a large one anywhere. The national average is $34,200 for 117 guests (The Knot, 2026). At Saxon Manor, $9,500 to $12,500 buys the BoHo for up to 55 guests with venue, coordinator, catering, bar, photographer, DJ, cake, and officiant included; florals, dress, and rings are on top.

Is $10,000 cheap for a wedding?

Against the national average of $34,200 it is well under a third. It is not cheap in what it buys if the venue is all-inclusive: at Saxon Manor the $9,500 to $12,500 BoHo package includes nine services that a venue rental leaves you to hire.

What is considered a low budget for a wedding?

Anything under about $15,000 is usually described as a budget wedding, since the national average is $34,200. Under $10,000 means either a very small guest list, a non-venue setting, or an all-inclusive micro-wedding package like the BoHo at $9,500 to $12,500 for up to 55.

Is it possible to do a wedding for $5000?

Yes, at a courthouse or a home with a meal after. It is not possible at a venue with a full team; the least expensive all-inclusive package we know of in Tampa Bay is $9,500. If $5,000 is the whole budget, spend it on the officiant, the photographer, and the dinner, in that order.
