Is it worth the drive?
The venues around Dade City and San Antonio are mostly rustic rentals: a beautiful barn, a site fee, and then the rest of the wedding as separate contracts you manage yourself. That model works if you want to run the project. If you would rather sign once, the drive to Brooksville is half an hour and it buys you a coordinator, chefs, bar staff, a photographer, a DJ, a cake, and an officiant who already work together every weekend.
Dade City couples tend to want the country setting without the country-venue logistics. That is the gap this estate fills. The oaks are older than the ones you were looking at, the rooms are air conditioned, and the rain plan is a room, not a tent.

One note if you have an older list: Stonebridge Weddings and Events at the Lange Farm shows as permanently closed on Google Maps as of October 2026.

Getting here
From Dade City: US-98 north through Trilby to Ridge Manor, then SR 50 west into Brooksville. About 23 miles; calculators put it at 28 to 31 minutes. We are in downtown Brooksville, 45 minutes from Tampa and 90 from Orlando.

For family staying over, the hotel cluster at I-75 exit 301 on Cortez Boulevard (a Hampton Inn, a Holiday Inn Express, a Quality Inn, and a Microtel, ten to eleven miles east of the estate) is the one to block for guests arriving on I-75. Your coordinator sends current rates for your date.
