Photography, Included

Your photographer is booked, paid, and part of the package before you ever ask.

At Saxon Manor, the photographer isn’t a vendor you hire separately. They’re written into your all-inclusive total from the first quote.

The Direct Answer

Photography is priced into your package, not quoted on top of it.

Ask a dozen venues who’s taking your pictures and you’ll get a dozen different answers, usually followed by a separate contract and a separate check. Saxon Manor doesn’t work that way. The photographer is one of the roles built into your all-inclusive total, the same total that covers your ceremony, reception, and staff. You’re not assembling a photography budget on top of a venue budget. There’s one number, and the photographer is already inside it. That’s the whole point of booking all-inclusive here: the price you’re quoted is the wedding you get, camera included.

That matters more than it sounds like it should. Couples who shop photographers separately spend weeks comparing portfolios, pricing packages by the hour, and hoping the person they hire has actually shot a wedding at their venue before. Here, that problem doesn’t exist. Your photographer works this property regularly. They know where the light falls in the Garden Room at five o’clock, how the Barn’s doors frame a processional, and where BoHo’s open-air layout photographs best as the sun drops. You’re not paying to educate someone about your venue on your wedding day.

For the exact list of what’s bundled into your all-inclusive total — chefs, bar staff, DJ, coordination, and the rest — that breakdown lives on whats-included. This page is about the one piece couples ask about most specifically: how the photography actually works, and what “capturing every moment” means in practice at Saxon Manor.

The Day, Covered

Here’s what full-day coverage actually looks like at Saxon Manor.

  • Getting ready.

Coverage starts in the three-room Bridal Suites, where both sides of the wedding party get ready separately without competing for space or light. This is where the quiet, unscripted shots happen — the ones couples say they didn’t expect to care about until they saw them.

  • The ceremony.

Whether you’re married in the Barn, the Garden Room, or BoHo, your photographer already knows the sightlines, the aisle length, and where the officiant will stand. No scouting on the fly.

  • Cocktail hour and details.

While guests move to cocktail hour, coverage shifts to the details you paid attention to for months — the cake, the florals from Enchanted Design & Floral, the table settings — before the room fills and changes.

  • The reception.

First dances, toasts, cake cutting, the open floor later in the night. Your photographer works alongside the DJ and event staff, not around them, so nothing gets missed because two vendors didn’t compare notes.

  • Send-off.

Coverage runs through your exit, not just your entrance. The last shot of the night is part of the package, same as the first one that morning.

Three Venues, Three Looks

The venue you choose changes what your photos look like, not just where you say your vows.

The Barn photographs the way you’d expect a barn wedding to: warm, structural, a little dramatic once the string lights come on. It reads well in both bright daylight ceremonies and low-light receptions, which is part of why couples planning a full day-into-night celebration lean toward it. If you want to see the space before you decide, explore-barn-venue has the walkthrough.

The Garden Room leans softer. Natural light, greenery, and open sightlines make it forgiving for photography at almost any hour, which is useful if your ceremony and reception times aren’t locked in yet. Couples who want their photos to look airy rather than moody usually end up here. You can look at the space directly at explore-garden-venue.

BoHo is the smallest and most intimate of the three, built for weddings that don’t need a big room to feel complete. The scale changes the photography style: fewer wide shots of a crowded floor, more close, direct images of the people actually in the room. If your guest list is smaller by choice, not compromise, BoHo is worth a look at explore-boho-venue. Room capacities and full pricing for all three live on pricing, not here.
