Timeless Elegance, Real Numbers
Your wedding day looks timeless because the details were locked in before you signed.
Timeless elegance here isn’t a style — it’s a fixed quote, a dedicated team, and three rooms built to photograph well for decades, not one season.

What Timeless Actually Means Here
Timeless elegance is a promise you can hold us to.
Saxon Manor sits at 103 S Saxon Ave in Brooksville, about 45 minutes from Tampa and 90 minutes from Orlando, on a property built for one purpose: weddings. This is a family-owned business, and weddings are the only thing we do — no corporate events pulling attention from your date, no shared calendar with anything else. The estate includes three-room Bridal Suites where you and your party get ready without driving to a hotel first. Timeless elegance, on this page, isn’t a mood board word. It means an estate designed and maintained specifically for ceremonies and receptions, run by people who’ve done this enough times to know what actually holds up in photographs ten years from now.
Trends move fast. Certain choices don’t age well — a color palette borrowed from a magazine cover fades the moment the trend does. What lasts in wedding photos is structure: good light, clean sightlines, a room that doesn’t need to be dressed up to look finished. The Barn, the Garden Room, and BoHo were each designed around that idea before a single flower gets placed. Your florist, our on-site sister company Enchanted Design & Floral, works inside that structure instead of fighting it, which is why weddings here photograph the same whether you booked eighteen months out or six. The architecture is doing the work the trend usually has to do alone.
The price you’re quoted is the wedding you get. That’s not a slogan we put on a banner and hope you forget — it’s the operating rule for every quote this venue writes. If a number sounds too low for what you’re asking for, we’ll tell you before you sign, not after. If it sounds high, we’ll walk you through exactly what’s in it. Couples remember their wedding day, not the invoice, but the two are connected: a contract you don’t fully understand is what turns a wedding into a stressful season instead of one good day. Timeless elegance starts with a quote you can actually read.
The Markers of a Timeless Day
Here’s what stays constant no matter which room you choose.
- A design and coordination team that answers to one wedding at a time, not three.
- In-house chefs and bar staff who work this property every weekend, not a rotating rental crew.
- A tiered cake with a tasting before the day, not a photo you approved from a catalog.
- A florist, Enchanted Design & Floral, who works from the same estate — not a vendor coordinating by email.
- A DJ and photographer built into the package, not sourced the month before your date.
- Three rooms, one standard: the Barn, the Garden Room, and BoHo all run on the same all-inclusive model.
Three Rooms, One Standard
Every room on this property is built to look timeless in photographs, not just on the day.
The Barn holds up to 150* guests and runs $15,000 to $21,000 all-inclusive. It’s built for a wedding that wants scale without losing warmth — high ceilings, real wood, a room that reads as established rather than rented for the day. Couples who choose it are usually building a guest list that includes extended family, coworkers, and people who traveled to be there, and they want a room that can hold that many people without feeling like a convention hall. See the full breakdown of what that price includes on the pricing page before you compare it to anywhere else.
*The Barn can accommodate up to 200 guests maximum, and a $50 per person charge will be applied at any party size over 150.
The Garden Room shares the Barn’s numbers — up to 150* guests, $15,000 to $21,000 all-inclusive — but it’s a different room entirely. Where the Barn is structural, the Garden Room is open and light, built for couples who want a ceremony backdrop that doesn’t need much added to it. It suits a wedding that’s large but not loud: the same guest count as the Barn, a quieter register. If you’re deciding between the two, that’s the actual question to ask yourself, not which one photographs better in an ad. Walk through the Garden Room before you decide.
BoHo is the smaller room — up to 55 guests, $9,500 to $12,500 all-inclusive — and it exists for couples who know a big room isn’t the point. It also handles rehearsal dinners, showers, and brunches at $2,000 to $3,000, which means a couple can run their whole wedding weekend on one property without renting a second venue for the smaller events around it. Timeless elegance at 55 guests looks different than it does at 150: it’s less about scale and more about not one seat feeling like an afterthought. See BoHo if your guest list is under fifty-five.

Why the Price Doesn’t Move
The number you sign is the number you pay, full stop.
Every package on this property includes the same core: ceremony, reception, design and coordination, in-house chefs, bar and event staff, a photographer, a DJ, a tiered cake with a tasting, and an officiant. That’s not a starting list that grows once you’re locked in — it’s the list. The most common way a wedding budget breaks is a quote that looks complete and isn’t: floral is separate, staffing is separate, the cake is a vendor you have to find yourself. Read the full breakdown on what’s included before you compare our number to a venue-only rental fee somewhere else, because they aren’t the same kind of number.
Couples who’ve priced out a wedding piece by piece — venue here, caterer there, florist somewhere else — usually come to us after they’ve already done that math once. All-inclusive isn’t a marketing category, it’s a structural choice: one contract, one team, one number that doesn’t multiply as you add vendors. If you’re still deciding whether that model fits how you want to plan, read the comparison before you sign anything, here or anywhere else. The right answer for some couples is genuinely the a la carte route. This page isn’t built to talk you out of that — it’s built to tell you plainly what this venue does instead.
We’re currently booking 2027 and 2028 dates, and the earlier you start, the more room we have to build a quote around what you actually want instead of what’s left on the calendar. Timeless elegance isn’t a finish applied at the end — it’s a decision made early, about which room fits your guest list, what the number actually covers, and whether the people running your wedding day work here every weekend or show up once. Call 813-909-3414 or start with a room comparison, but start with the honest version of the numbers, not the one that sounds best in an ad.
