A venue-only package is available for those who do not wish to use our vendors.
It includes:
Ceremony Site – Under our majestic oak at the Shabby Chic Wedding Barn or your choice of location on the Saxon Manor law or the Butterfly Garden. Includes seating, draped fabric, hanging chandelier, and white shepherd hooks with lanterns or mason jars.
Bridal Room – A place to relax and get ready before the ceremony. Available four (4) hours before the ceremony.
Reception Venue – Your choice of the Shabby Chic Wedding Barn or Garden Room. Includes string lighting on the ceiling, crystal chandeliers, ceiling drapery, props, votive and tea light candle holders, non-floral centerpieces, and specialty linens. Chiavari chairs included.
Setup and Cleanup – Full staff available for your needs.
Bar Service – By Saxon, Cash Bar, or B.Y.O.B., Licensed and Insured. Mixers included.
Day-of Coordination – To make sure that your wedding day is stress free.
Drink Station – Water, lemonade, sweet and unsweet tea, and coffee included.
Wedding Rehearsal – To ensure that everything runs smoothly on the big day. You can use this time to drop off any alcohol, decorations, or other items five (5) hours from the start of the ceremony.
