• Five (5) Hours Starting At Time of Ceremony ($400 each additional hour plus Vendor Costs)
• Arrival time is Four (4) Hours Before the Event
• Property, Grounds for Ceremony, Garden Room or Shabby Chic Barn with use of Bridal Room at Respective Wedding Venue
• Outdoor Bar at Garden Room or Indoor Bar at Shabby Chic Barn
• Outdoor Seating and Fire Pit
• Tables, ceremony chairs, reception chairs
• Climate Controlled Garden Room
• Table runners, Sashes and Napkins (your accent colors)
• Use of Property for Your Rehearsal and Engagement Photo Shoot with Your Photographer (Monday-Thursday) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
• Setup and Cleanup
• Ceremony Seating and Outdoor Chandelier located by Altar Area
• Tablecloths – Ivory, White or Black (Garden Room Only)
