Package Pricing Also Includes The Following

  • Five (5) hour event starting at time of ceremony. Extra hour available,
    venue fee $700, vendor fee $200 per vendor.
  • Bridal suite available four (4) hours before event time starts.
  • Use of property, grounds and bridal suite for venue booked only. Entire property
    may be booked at an additional charge.
  • Outdoor bar at Garden Room or Shabby Chic Wedding Barn.
  • Outdoor seating and fire pit.
  • Liability insurance.
  • Use of property for engagement photo shoots with your photographer, Monday – Thursday by appointment.
  • Ceremony rehearsal Monday – Thursday by appointment only. We cannot accommodate Friday or Saturday rehearsals.
  • Event Design meeting.
  • Floor length linens with overlay in Garden Room. Table Runners in Shabby Chic Barn.
  • Full set up and clean-up of ceremony and reception sites.
  • Choice of White or Mismatched Vintage China, flatware, glassware, and napkins
