A Quick Note About Submitting Outside Vendor Requests
In order to maintain the quality and success of the event, all vendors not included on Saxon Events’ package vendor list are subject to prior review and written approval by Saxon Events. The Client agrees not to execute any contract or agreement with an outside vendor unless and until such approval has been granted in writing and after submitting your request with our form below
Any vendor not on our approved list must receive prior approval before being booked by submitting below, and a $100 outside vendor fee may apply along with a $500 fee for outside caterers. This ensures all outside vendors meet our standards and are familiar with our venue guidelines.
