To help ensure your wedding day is captured seamlessly, all photographers not currently included on Saxon Events’ approved vendor list must be submitted for prior review and written approval. This helps us maintain high standards while ensuring your chosen photographer is familiar with our timeline, venue layout, and event flow.

Before signing a contract with any photographer not listed in our packages, please submit your request using the form below. We’ll review their details and follow up as needed. A $100 outside vendor fee may apply.
