At Saxon Manor, we make booking your wedding vendors a smooth and simple process. Our Vendor Booking Guidelines ensure you select the best vendors for your all-inclusive wedding, with expert support every step of the way to bring your vision to life.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
1. Your Scheduled First Payment
Your scheduled first payment, due 30 days after booking, allows us to begin securing your vendors and finalizing details for your big day. You’re welcome to make this payment sooner if you’d like to start the process earlier.
Important Note: While you may discuss options with vendors before this payment is made, we recommend being patient if time permits. Your coordinator will onboard you during the first 30 days to guide you through this process and ensure everything is perfectly aligned with your wedding vision.
2. PLEASE DO NOT Pay Vendors Directly for Any Add-Ons
To maintain a smooth and organized process, we kindly ask that you do not pay vendors directly for any add-ons. Instead, submit your vendor choices to us, along with notes about the options you’ve discussed or would like to include. This ensures all arrangements fit within Saxon Manor’s process and packages.
3. Return to Our Website to Submit Your Choices
Once you’ve discussed your options and finalized your selections, visit our website to complete the vendor submission form. This step ensures that we have all the details we need to move forward seamlessly.
4. Leave Notes on Options or Preferences
When submitting your vendor choices, include any specific notes about preferences or requests—for example, photo booths , design elements, or up-lighting. These details help us communicate effectively with your vendors and ensure your vision is realized.
Important Note: We believe you're better served by waiting to discuss your floral wishes until after your coordinator speaks with you about your initial thoughts and design ideas.
5. Your Coordinator Will Finalize and Secure Your Vendors
After you’ve submitted your vendor selections, your coordinator will handle confirming details, booking your vendors, and securing their deposits. This step ensures that every vendor is locked in and aligned with your wedding day plans.
