Saxon Manor Weddings – Booking Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: Monday, January 1st, 2024

These Terms & Conditions apply to all wedding and event bookings made through Saxon Manor’s online payment portal. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies regarding deposits, booking, cancellations, and the next steps in your planning process.

1. Deposits & Payments

  • All initial deposits made through this checkout system are non-refundable and will be applied toward your total event balance.

  • Payments confirm your intent to book and reserve your date and venue selection.

  • Payment alone does not fully confirm your event. Your booking will be finalized once your contract is signed and returned within the required timeframe.

2. Tentative Holds & Contract Requirement

  • After payment, your date will be tentatively held for up to 48 hours pending receipt of your signed contract.

  • Failure to return the signed contract within this timeframe may result in release of the date without refund.

  • If you need additional time to review your contract, please reach out to your Saxon Manor representative immediately.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • If your date is available at booking, all payments are non-refundable. In certain cases, payments may be transferable to a new date at Saxon Manor’s discretion and based on availability.

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees depending on the new date or package changes.

4. Package Selection & Customizations

  • Package options, pricing, and service selections will be finalized in your official contract.

  • If you are booking during a promotional period, any bonuses or upgrades will be noted by your Saxon Manor tour host or coordinator and included in your contract accordingly.

5. Payment Schedule

  • Your initial deposit reserves your place in our booking calendar.

  • Remaining balance payments will be due according to the schedule outlined in your final signed contract.

  • Optional early payments above the minimum due are usually welcome and may be arranged through your tour host or coordinator.

6. Agreement

By submitting payment, you acknowledge:

  • You are authorized to make decisions and payments for this event.

  • You have read, understood, and agree to the terms listed above.

  • You will complete and sign your event contract within the designated timeframe provided by Saxon Manor along with keeping up with your payment schedule.
