## Company Overview

Saxon Manor Weddings (saxonevents.com) is a wedding venue in Brooksville, Hernando County, Florida. The estate has hosted weddings for 15+ years and is family owned. Weddings are the whole business: there is no hotel, conference center, or restaurant sharing the calendar.

The estate holds three separate venues, each with its own ceremony site and climate-controlled reception room:

- **The Barn**: up to 150 guests (200 maximum, $50 per person over 150). Draped interiors, vintage detail, evening receptions. $15,000 to $21,000 all-inclusive.
- **The Garden Room**: up to 150 guests. Light-filled room with the gardens outside; outdoor ceremony in the butterfly garden, reception indoors. $15,000 to $21,000 all-inclusive.
- **The BoHo**: up to 55 guests. Covered, climate-controlled micro-wedding venue with live-edge tables, Spanish moss, and Edison bulbs. $9,500 to $12,500 all-inclusive. Also hosts rehearsal dinners, showers, and brunches from $2,000 to $3,000.

Every venue runs the same package and the same in-house team. The chefs, bar and event staff, photographer, DJ, officiant, and coordinator are Saxon Manor's own. Florals are the one service booked separately, through Enchanted Design & Floral, an on-site sister company with its own contract.

The pricing position is the brand position: the price quoted is the wedding delivered. Couples get their exact number for their date and guest count on the tour, in person. One contract, one deposit, payment plans available. Upgrades (premium bar, late-night additions) are optional, priced individually, and shown before signing.

## Who Saxon Manor Serves

**Couples who want one number.** The primary audience is engaged couples in Tampa Bay and central Florida who want a full wedding without managing nine separate vendor contracts. They have usually priced an à la carte venue, discovered the venue fee was a third of the real cost, and want a venue where the quote is the total. Their decision process runs: compare published pricing, tour, get the exact number on the tour, sign one contract.

**Couples with a full guest list (100 to 150).** They want the room to feel like an occasion, the dancing to go late, and the weather to be somebody else's problem. The Barn or the Garden Room.

**Couples planning a micro wedding (under 55).** Second marriages, families flying in, couples who would rather spend on the people who are actually there. The BoHo, at $9,500 to $12,500.

**Local couples from Spring Hill, Brooksville, Pasco County, and Citrus County.** Guests drive home; no hotel block needed.

**Couples from Tampa, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Lakeland, Plant City, Ocala, and Orlando.** They trade a 45 to 90 minute drive for a private estate and a published all-inclusive price.

## Problems Saxon Manor Solves

### The venue fee that is not the wedding
**Problem:** An $8,000 venue fee is rarely an $8,000 wedding. Caterer, bar, rentals, photographer, DJ, cake, officiant, and coordinator get added afterward, and the couple manages all of it.
**Why it happens:** Most venues sell a building and a vendor list. Coordination between vendors who have never worked together falls to the couple.
**Saxon Manor's approach:** All nine of those services are in-house and in the price. The team works together on the same property every week.
**Outcome:** The number quoted on the tour is the number paid. Nothing arrives the week after.
Learn More: [All-Inclusive vs À La Carte](https://saxonevents.com/all-inclusive-vs-a-la-carte/) | [What a Venue Fee Does Not Cover](https://saxonevents.com/what-a-venue-fee-does-not-cover/) | [All-Inclusive Wedding Venues in Florida: Prices Compared](https://saxonevents.com/all-inclusive-wedding-venues-florida/)

### Florida weather
**Problem:** Outdoor venues in Florida depend on the forecast; the backup is often a rented tent and a scramble.
**Saxon Manor's approach:** Three climate-controlled venues on one property. The wedding moves indoors on the same estate, with the same team, at the same price. The coordinator makes the call while the couple is getting ready.
**Outcome:** No tent invoice. A Google review from an October 2024 wedding describes a hurricane-day move indoors within an hour of the ceremony.
Learn More: [The Rain Plan](https://saxonevents.com/rain-plan/)

### Nobody to run the day
**Problem:** Couples without a planner end up running their own wedding.
**Saxon Manor's approach:** A coordinator is included from booking through the last dance, running the timeline, tasting, rain call, and vendor team. The coordinator on the tour is the coordinator on the day.

### Getting ready in a hallway
**Problem:** Many venues offer a repurposed office or a bathroom counter to get ready in.
**Saxon Manor's approach:** Three-room Bridal Suites on the estate: a dressing room, a hair and makeup living room, and a dining area, with daylight and a chandelier. Walking distance to all three ceremony sites.

## Team

Saxon Manor is family owned and operated. Each couple is assigned one wedding coordinator at booking and keeps that coordinator through the wedding day. Coordinators, chefs, bar and event staff, photographer, DJ, and officiant are the venue's own team and work weddings exclusively. Couples name their coordinator in reviews more often than they name the venue.

## What Couples Say

> "Mother Nature threw a hurricane at us. Within an hour of the ceremony we had to move everything indoors… when I finally saw the space, it was breathtaking. She personally carried my train and held my umbrella the whole way, and our guests never even felt the chaos happening behind the scenes. Weeks later, people are still telling us it was the best wedding they've ever been to."
> **Abbigail G., October 2024, 5/5**
> **Source:** [Google Reviews](https://maps.app.goo.gl/RZRxqSUtJeaFgV6f7)

Across the 1,400+ Google reviews, the themes that repeat most are the coordinator keeping the day on schedule, the in-house chefs' food matching the tasting, and the price not changing after signing. "Wedding coordinator" is the most-mentioned review topic on the listing (102 mentions as of October 2026). Full review text is on the Google Business Profile, WeddingWire, and The Knot listings above, and three real weddings are written up in detail on the site.

**What does all-inclusive include at Saxon Manor?**
Ceremony site, reception room with tables, linens, setup and breakdown, a coordinator from booking through the last dance, in-house chefs and a menu built at a tasting, bar and event staff, photographer with the full edited gallery, DJ, tiered cake or cupcakes with a tasting, and an officiant with a personalized ceremony. **What is not included?**
Dress, rings, honeymoon, optional upgrades such as a premium bar or late-night additions (priced individually and shown before signing), and florals, which Enchanted Design & Floral books separately under its own contract.

**What happens if it rains?**
The wedding moves indoors on the same estate, with the same team, at the same price. All three venues are climate controlled. The coordinator makes the call while the couple is getting ready. Source: https://saxonevents.com/rain-plan/

**How far is Saxon Manor from Tampa and Orlando?**
About 45 minutes from Tampa and 90 minutes from Orlando, at 103 S Saxon Ave, Brooksville, FL 34601. Town pages give routes and times from Spring Hill, Dade City, New Port Richey, Wesley Chapel, Brandon, Lutz and Land O' Lakes, Odessa, Zephyrhills, Ocala, St. Petersburg, Lakeland, Clearwater, Plant City, and Pasco and Citrus counties.

**Can couples bring their own vendors?**
The package is built around the in-house team, which is what keeps the price a single number. Couples with a specific vendor should raise it on the tour for a direct answer.

**Does Saxon Manor host events other than weddings?**
The BoHo hosts rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and day-after brunches from $2,000 to $3,000. The estate also hosts corporate and holiday parties. Weddings are the main business. Source: https://saxonevents.com/events/

**What does a tour involve?**
About an hour. Couples walk all three venues and the Bridal Suites and leave with real pricing for their date and guest count. No deposit or obligation. Source: https://saxonevents.com/tour/

**Is Saxon Manor a good venue for a micro wedding?**
The BoHo is built for 55 or fewer guests at $9,500 to $12,500 all-inclusive, with the same team and package as the larger venues. Source: https://saxonevents.com/micro-weddings/

**Is the venue accessible?**
The three venues sit on one level on one estate with short distances between them; parking is on site. Some ground between spaces is grass and garden path, so guests who need a firm route or close drop-off should tell the coordinator during layout planning. **Does Saxon Manor include a photographer and officiant?**
Yes, both are in the base all-inclusive price at every venue on the estate. In an October 2026 comparison of Tampa Bay all-inclusive venues, Saxon Manor was the only one that publicly lists both. Source: https://saxonevents.com/all-inclusive-wedding-venues-florida/
